What can you do to make a positive contribution in the lives of girls that still fits into your busy life? Volunteer!

Girl Scout Adult Volunteers are a great source of experience, wisdom and ideas!
That's why we have our very own blog, the Virtual Volunteer, for volunteers to learn from each other.
The Virtual Volunteer is here for you to share your Girl Scout experiences, tips for other leaders, patch programs, messages from Liz Brent, our CEO, and lots of other information.
Our Volunteer Liason, Cheryl Miller, will also be using the blog to share her wisdom and ideas she’s heard from volunteers like you.
Another great thing about the Virtual Volunteer is that it provides an organized repository of information.
You can click on a category to see all the past posts about topics you’re interested in.
Or you can search (using keywords) to find out about specific events or programs.
If you have tips or information you would like to share, please send them to Cheryl (email her at cmiller@girlscoutssa.org.
She will be asking for your input on a variety of topics. You can also share your thoughts by posting comments to specific categories within the blog.
We’ll listen to issues and offer up some options to make your Girl Scout experience as smooth as a
